Cancellation Policy
•Cancellations & Rescheduling: You must cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 48 hours notice.
•Deposits: Deposits are NOT refundable.
If rescheduled before the 48-hour window, your deposit will transfer to your new appointment.
If you reschedule or cancel after the 48 hour mark, your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to rebook. Same day cancellations are considered no shows.
•No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their appointment will be charged 100% of the scheduled service before rebooking is allowed and the deposit will be forfeited.
•Late Arrivals: If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled.
•Soak-Offs: If you arrive with product on your nails without booking a soak-off, your service may be adjusted to a solid color only (no designs) to stay within the allotted time.
•Repairs: No refunds will be issued. However, there is a 7-day grace period for complimentary repairs. After 7 days, repairs will be charged at $5 per nail.
