•Deposits are non-refundable and are due at the time of booking. If your appointment is rescheduled before the 48-hour window, your deposit will transfer to your new appointment. •Cancellations & Rescheduling 48 hours notice is required for any rescheduling or cancellations. Any rescheduling or cancellations made within 48 hours will results in a 50% fee. Any rescheduling or cancellations made within 24 hours will result in the full amount of the booked service to be due. If fees are not paid within 24 hours no further appointments can be made. •Late Arrivals: If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled. If the late arrival results in rescheduling, fees may apply. •Soak-Offs: If you arrive with product on your nails without booking a soak-off, your service may be adjusted to a solid color only (no designs) to stay within the allotted time. •Repairs: No refunds will be issued. However, there is a 7-day grace period for complimentary repairs. After 7 days, repairs will be charged at $5 per nail. •Guests and Children Because Sweet Salon is a private nail studio, I kindly ask that clients attend appointments alone. Guests and children are not permitted during appointments.
